How it works?

• Millenium Bookkeeping sends a courier to pick up  and return your invoices, bills, bank statements etc;
  Alternatively you can either fax, scan and email, or post your documents to us

• Millenium Bookkeeping connects to your computer using remote desktop    connection. An internet connection is required; or you can email us a backup of your MYOB or Quickbooks file.

• One of our professional bookkeepers will process all the work either through remote connection or by working on the backup file emailed to us ( This will be emailed back to you once completed)

Payroll?
Timesheets can be emailed, faxed or scanned  to us for processing in our office. We then email you the payslips and amounts to pay. The timesheets need to include all payroll items including hours worked, sick leave, annual leave and long service leave etc. All end of year payroll obligations will also be taken care of.

Software?
MYOB or Quickbooks can be used. Millenium Bookkeeping is a partner of both MYOB and Quicken and our software may be used if you choose not to buy one of these accounting software packages. We are however able to work on any other accounting package should the need arise.

Millenium bookkeeping are also experts on Law Ware a program specifically designed for solicitors.

You retain ownership of the data and the accounting software. The data file remains yours whether you use your accounting software or ours. The data file remains on your computer and is secure.
